父母现在美国，我打算为他们申请绿卡。父亲在部队医院工作了大半辈子，60 岁才退休。属于部队的文职人员。

填485 Part 3. C …Include any military service in the part, 是不是得填退休前他所在的部队医院名称以及他服务的年限？填写military service会不会影响他的绿卡申请？

a. Served in, be a member of ,assisted in ,participated in any military unit, paramilitary unit… 

是不是也得选“YES”?

-Say "Yes" and explain that he was the Dr. in the hospital serving the soldier.

请问有经验的TX, 如实填写部队工作经历会在绿卡面试时遇到麻烦吗？
