-I don't have any specific lawyer to recommend to you, but normally an immigration lawyer should know this kind of matter because it is simple to a professional lawyer. I suggest you to hire a Chinese-born lawyer beucase this kind of lawyer knows both China and US well and it is also convenient for you to communicate with him/her.
