86 master,

I saw the posts saying that I can apply the citizen when my PR is 4 yr and 9 mo.

-It is true.

 However, the N-400 form asks for the 5-year requirement.

-YOu can file N-400 in advance up to 3 months before your permanent residency reaches 5 years, but USCIS will not approve your N-400 before that five-year date. Read the N-400 instructions carefully and you will find this information.

My 5 yr PR is Sept.10, 2007, what is the exact date that I can submit the form?
