我哥哥在中国刚刚结束一段持久的婚姻，无孩子。因为以前来过美国（我申请来的）所以我打算让他通过签证来美国（探亲旅游和上次一样）然后再美国申请政治批胡， 如果被拒。他再回中国，

-Then, he needs to keep the valid status during application for the polical asylum. Otherwise, he may be deported if the asylum application fails which may result in the 10 year bar (he is not allowed to enter US for at least 10 years).

我再给他申请亲属移民 估计要等10年以上。打算以后让他在这边养老。因为 中国 他已经没有任何亲人了。

不知道会不会对申请亲属移民有影响 。
