My company doesn't have the experience to sponsor any employee to apply green card before. I have no such experience either.
Could anyone please tell me the cost of green card petition for E-B1b and E-B2 respectively, and the cost range of lawyer in CA? Really appreciate any help.
-The most cost part is the lawyer fee and normally it may be $5,000 (different lawyer the fee is different). If your qualifications are good enough for EB1B and you want to do EB2 also, I would suggest you to do both NIW and EB1B, not use PERM based EB2. Thus, your employer does not need to advertise the position (save the time and advertisement fee). Of course, you may not need to do EB2/NIW and just do EB1b to save money if you think you are good.
Then, each I-140 filing fee is $580 and I-485 filing fee is $1070. Also you need to pay the Dr. for physical exam fee and its normally about $500 (different Dr., the fee is different).
