I485 status

NIW:PD 01/2009, ND 02/08/12 , 为什么一直是Acceptance 状态，figure print 也做了。why?
更离奇，有个朋友，NIW,PD 05/2009; ND 02/07/12, Got GC, 05/30/12.Why?
