我父母刚收到绿卡， 但上面有错误 - 卡号印成了收据号 （随卡的信上附有卡号和收据号）。 父母绿卡都有错。 我应该如何联系USCIS更改错误。需要多长时间拿到新卡？ 是否付费？多谢回答。

-It does not matter and the receipt# is fine to shown on the green card. As long as the other information (e.g. A#, photo, name, birhtdate, gender/sex) is correct, the green card is fine. Not need to file I-90 to get the repalcement.
