请问8老师，我现在申请婚姻绿卡过程中，已有两个月。OPT 6/14号到期。如果新的EAD不能在6/14前1.Approve. 我还能否工作？
-If it is not approved, technically you can not work. But if your spouse is a US citizen to sponsor your green card, it does not hurt you to work as long as the employer agrees you to work (the employer normally does not allow you to work because this is illegal).
If it is approved, but you have not receive it yet, the employer may also not allow you to work though it is legal for you to work.
2.收到. 我有什么document可拿给HR，来证明我可以继续工作？
-Show your EAD to the employer to work.
