我是中国籍现在加拿大，单身，父母美国公民，我申请的是家庭F1类移民，看visa bullentin的排期还有1年左右。我现在的男朋友是欧洲出生的加拿大公民，我们现在都在加拿大工作。

我们想尽快拿到美国绿卡，因为有绿卡好找工作，而且年龄不小了，想尽快settle down，请问以下那种途径最快？

1，我自己先拿绿卡，再马上和他结婚申请夫妻团聚，请问他需要等多久才能拿到绿卡？

2，先结婚，转成F3类家庭移民，以他的出生地申请是否能快一些？

3，他是做电脑工作的，可以TN签证在美国工作，能否通过找工作尽快拿到绿卡

-Yes if the employer agrees to sponsor him and it may take one to two years from the date the employer file I-140.
