Get reponse from Senate, In regards to your inquiry for the above individual’s I-485 petitions, LIN07xxxxxxxxxfor Xxxxxxxx, and LIN0xxxxxx for xxxxxxxx are based on an approved I-140, LIN0xxxxxxxx which was given a third preference classification with a priority date of 2/25/05 from China.    According to the May Visa bulletin provided by the State Department, the National Visa Center is currently processing ones with a priority date of 9/8/02 at this time.
