本人情况：
I-485:EB3 based, signed the form on 7/29/2007, mailed in August 2007, received date: 08/09/2007, Notice data:9/17/2007.
现在EAD快要过期，想要早点交申请，用E-file，但不知是否合格。E-file的Instruction上的规定是：
You may e-file form I-765 if
"(c)(9) Adjustment applicants who are reuired to pay fee for Form I-765".
USCIS网站I-765 Instruction page 8上的规定是
"Renewal EAD: If this is a renewal application and you are applying under one of the following categories, a filing fee is not required:

2.
3.
4. (c)(9) or (c)(16) Adjustment applicant who applied after July 30, 2007."
我现在的问题是：我是7/29/2007签的I-485的字，但是I-485是在2007年8月份才寄出。我到底是否符合不交申请费的规定。多谢各位！
-I think your I-485 filing fee was about $350 (I don't remember the exact amount),not $1010 or $1070, so you need to pay the I-765 filing fee every time you apply for EAD no matter whetheryou paper-file or e-file I-765. Thus, you may use e-file it if you want to.
