EB1已送2月，和律师沟通不同意PP，说易招来REF再等二个月，可能4个月有消息了。
我的问题是，由于时间紧，小子年纪（21YEAR OLD）问题等
1． 如果PP，招来REF， 是不是补件后， 这个PP 过了15天没效？这个补件重新排队了？补件后平均再等多长时间有结果？ 能不能再PP 一次。
-Not need second time. USCIS will make a decison very soon after they receive your response to the RFE in this case. By the way, your child CSPA age was frozen (no age-out problem) in the date when you file EB1-I-140 (EB1 PD was current at that time), so you (primary applicant) and your child need to file I-485 any time from now to < one year after your child 21th birthdate. So, as long as the EB1 PD continue to be current, I don't think you need to use PP (you may accept your lawyer's suggestion).
