我是加拿大公民，目前持TN签证在美国工作。作为家属随主申请人于2月递交了485申请，拿到了AP/EAD卡，所以不能再使用TN签证了。如果近期想去加拿大探友， 入关时需上缴TN（I-94)签证,是吧？

能否指点一二。另外，回美国时可不可以只出示加拿大护照，从法律上讲凭加拿大护照也是可以进入美国的。这样会有什么后果？
