我的绿卡刚刚拿到，老婆下个月B2入境。应该怎样办她的绿卡，是直接递她的485还是
要先递824 follow-to-join再递485?
-Check the Visa Bulletin to see whether your priority date is current. If yes, she can file I-485 directly. If no, wait for the PD to be current to file I-485. But she had better file I-485 3 months or more later after she enters US using B2 visa in case USCIS think she has the immigration intent before she enters US.
