I-485 (EB-3)7/2007大潮交了，priority date 12/2005.2010年换公司，2011年从新申请，I-140 4/2012 批了，priority date carried over successfuly from EB-3 to EB2.律师说不需要再通知移民局，2007 年交的I-485会自动处理也不需要再打指纹或体检。

-You or your lawyer need to request USCIS to relink/interfile your pending I-485 from EB3 I-140 to your EB2 I-140 by writing. Have you done the I-485 interfiling yet? If yes, just wait for USCIS to approve it. Because there is not visa number available for EB2 in June 2012, you may have to wait until  October 2012 for the quote of 2013 if your I-485 is not approved in May 2012.

现在一个多月过去了一点动静都没听到，我是不是应该催一下，或让律师写信询问一下？
