移民局退了485的材料，给了797rejection，还寄了一张绿纸，叫补齐缺的东西再寄。这样的情况是不是要把130的receipt一起寄回去？

-The rejection letter should have indicated where you should send the packet to after you 补齐缺的东西. So, read the letter carefully and include the rejection letter in the packet.

那就不是concurrent了吧？是不是寄到的地点已不一样了？
