我赶在4月底递交了I-485，PD是08年9月。我的问题是，因为前些日子排期已推进到2010年5月1日，如果今年10月开始有名额，是先处理我4月底递交的I-485呢，还是处理4月之前递交的但PD在09或10年的I-485？这关系到我多久才能获批，如果是按递件日期处理，我就惨了。
