如果我在180天后辞职了, 公司B没有撤回140 amendment, 那我的485是不是得140 amendment被批准了以后才会被批呢?

-As I said above, the I-140 amendment is irrelevant to your I-485 and that means it will not affect your I-485 approval no matter whether it is pending, approved, or denied.

 到10月我的PDcurrent了, 140 amendment还没批准, 我又已经离开公司B了, 我的485会被deny么?

我LD打算180天后用EAD换工作, 这个140 amendment影响他的EAD么
