Thank you. But I am still not sure if I can get the waive before next Oct. It is said it takes longer time to get waive then before nowadays. So I am thinking if I can have my advisor agree to extend my DS2019 just before I send the necessary materials to DOS (but after Chinese Embassy sends out No-Objection letter), will it be helpful?
