现在自己DIY EB1a，希望go premium process，在填写I-907时，petitioner and beneficiary 是不是都是自己，

然后以spouse得名义写张支票就可以了。

-You can use your name or your spouse,s name to issue a check, depends on whose name is in the check of bank account.
