时间紧迫，请皮匠大侠看看怎么解决，J-1 没豁免还能回来么？

J-1在身， US国务院网上查到，他们4月30号刚刚收到中国政府的不持异议信，但是还没有收到美国的正式通知我已经豁免了。和美国公民结婚，我先生早已经递交了I-130。我6月中旬要回中国。请问，我怎么样才能8月份回美国？ 我现在应该递交485吗？
