J1签证即将到期，可妻子怀孕，想把孩子生在美国，至少一年后才可回国，是否会有签证方面的问题？

-If her J2 I-94 expires and she stays in US illegally for > 180 days or > one year, she will be subjected to 3-year or 10-year bar after she leaves US.
