另外，绿卡的EAD已拿到，但NIW485还没批，如果用这个EAD工作，万一485被拒会怎样？
-If you have a choice, you had better get the H1 status. Otherwise, you have to use EAD and if your I-485 is denied in this case,you have to leave US and then, get the H1 visa to come back if the emloyer agrees to sponsor your H1 at that time.
