EAD renewal

dear 8 and p-teachers: 

     i got EB1B I140 approved recentaly,(485 submitted with I140 together last year) i need to renew  EAD cards (I765 form) and I131 form,(they will expire in August this year) for my wife and my daugter.

my questions are: do i need to pay when renew these EAD cards?

do i need to provide photos again? 

will we have Biometrics again when renewing the EAD?

do i need to provide the other documents to get renewal EAD?

also now i have H1B (expire in 2014), do i need to apply for the EAD card?

do i need to renew EAD card for my daughter(she holds F1)?
