 我原有的是H1B1签证，老婆是H4签证。最近我将H1B1换成H1B签证。想请问老师，老婆需要重新申请H4签证吗？老婆现在没有在美国，她申请签证需要注意什么，大概多长时间。

-If your spouse's H4 visa does not expire yet (on the passport even if it was got based on your H1B1 approval), she can use it to enter US by providing your H1B approval notice and your marriage certificate at the port of entry. If the H4 visa expired, she needs to apply for a new H4 visa in a US Consulate using your H1B approval notice and marriage certificate. She can get the H4 visa in a few days.
