就是如果移民局要求补材料，如证明雇佣，或者pay stub, 公司出一封 intent to employee letter证明仍然要雇佣我可以吗，

-It may be fine. The letter need to indicate when you will be employed (e.g after green card approval), position title, duties, salary,etc.

还是需要我10月申请h-1？
