多次在论坛上请教过8老师和pjiang老师J-1问题，每次都得到及时清楚和准确的指导和建议，真的是非常敬佩老师移民问题的专业和高水平，衷心感激。有几个问题请教，请不吝赐教：

J-1收到phd offer，但要J-1(2年未waive)转到F-1。J-1在美2年2个月，(曾2次延长DS2019表时间，因为项目未完成)J-2在读高中，在此期间，两人未离开美国。

1.非常纠结于签证。担心回国签证被拒，是否加拿大或者墨西哥？老师以前讲过，回国或者加拿大，墨西哥行不？

-It seems to me that it does not work in Mexico (you can check tthe US Consulate in Mexico to make sure). Also, you should be Ok to get the F-1 visa in China.

2.J-1，J-2这种情况是否会被视为有移民倾向？

-No.

准备签证资料中，J-1国内单位出具什么材料，美国j-1交流大学出具什么材料有帮助？

-Your F1 visa application is irrelevant to your 国内单位 and 美国j-1交流大学.

F-1大学提供I-20和Financial Support资料可以吗？

-You must get the I-20 from the school you want to study and indicate the financial support/ability information in the I-20 for the F-1 visa application.

3.J-2是否必须和J-1一起签，担心万一被拒，J-2不能继续完成高中？

-Both of you have to get the F-1 visa and F-2 visa, respectively, to enter US. After the J-1 holder leave US and reenter US using F-1 visa, the J2 holder can not be J2 status any more. F2 can continue study in high school.
