一般认为绿卡后180天再转换工作为安全，尤其对申请公民。问题是 如果副申请人，是否也受这样的“约束”或只是主申请人？ 如果主申请人不转公民而只是副申请人转公民，移民局会去查证主申请人情况吗或只是考虑副申请人本身情况？
