我儿子今年考上大学,由于我们没有绿卡,交不起学费,非常痛苦!昨天140批了,我们又看到了一线希望,我准备两星期后提交485,估计两个月后能拿到EAD和AP.请问怎样操作才能尽快申请到FAFSA?

-Your child need to get the AP and then, use AP to go out of US (e.g. China, Canada or Mexico) and reenter US to get the Parolee I-94/status. Then , he can  be qualified for the FAFSA with the parolee status.

 开学前能赶得上吗?

-It may be late, but contact the school for the details (different school may have different policy).
