上次问过皮老师.现在我拿到了一个job offer, 但已经是h1b被解雇后7个半月了, 这个情况移民局批准有没有问题?

-The approval will have no I-94 and thus, you need to go to China to get the H1 visa.

我觉得应该会要求我回国签证, 这个签证会不会很困难,

-It should be fine as long as your current I-94 does not expire yet. I know someone like you got the H1 visa after he was laid off for 10 months.

要注意什么问题呢?
