我是EB2，PD Jan. 2008, 今年年初已file 485. 配偶file的是I-485 derivative，但没有concurrent file而是这个月随后递交的。现在配偶的485 receipt上写的PD跟receipt date一样，都是今年四月份。难道不应该跟我的PD一样，都是2008年1月吗？
-Yes, When USCIS process your spouse I-485, they will make a decision based on your I-485 approval and your PD, so it does not matter what PD is your spouse I-485 at this point.
如果这是移民局的错误，我需要打电话要求更正吗？

另外，配偶收到的receipt上的A#是个新的，而不是以前用的或者是我们申请表里填的A#，这是什么意思呢？
-Fine. This new A# will be the formal A# (shown on the future green card).
