请教：读个社区大学accounting的associate文凭，可以申请h1b吗？


-Normally no unless you have the related working experience (3 years of expereince = 1 year college study). So, if you have two years of college study (associate degree), and you have 6 years of related working experience, then you are qualified for H1b.
