４８５申请问题求助，请pjiang老师帮帮忙

I had a 140 approval under EB2 category when I worked for my previous employer. At that time, there was no visa quota, so 485 can't be submitted. Later, I changed my job and my hu*****and got his 140 approval under EB1A recently. So I can submit my 485 application as his dependent.
My question is should I mention my previous 140 approval and the A# on my current 485 application?
