请问皮匠和8老师：关于绿卡Welcome Notice上的Priority Date

我有2个批准的I-140，一个是NIW (Priority date: April 2008); 另一个是EB1(Priority date: October 2010)。

我于2011年12月以EB1的I-140递交485，Receipt上的Priority date是EB1的October 2010。但是绿卡Welcome Notice上的Priority Date用的是NIW的（April 2008），这个有影响吗？

-Fine. USCIS has combined both of your I-140s for consideration and thus, your actual PD is the NIW PD.
