h1延期，I-129的一些问题

没有换过雇主，填I-129，有一些吃不准的选项，请这里的老师帮忙看看。

Page 4, Part 4

Question 8. If you indicated you were filing a new petition in Part 2 within the past 7 years, has any beneficiary in this petition

a. ever been given the classification you are now requesting? Yes 

b. ever been denied the classification you are now requesting? No

In part 2, I selected " continuation of previously approved employment..." not sure this counts as a new petition or not.

Question 9. Have you ever previously filed a petition for this beneficiary?  Yes

In the form" H1-b data collection and filign fee exemtion supplement"

Part C, Question 1, select "d" cap exempt

Leave Question 2 blank because it ask you fill out only when you check "b", correct?
