我对如何解释"similar"不是很清楚，请问下面两种情况属于 "similar" 吗？
（1） 从一个大学的assistant professor 到另一个大学的assistant professor， 但是不同的专业。比如以前是psychology,现在是religious study, 或者以前是math, 现在是computer science.
(2) 从一个大学的tenur-track assistant professor 到另一个大学的non-tenure track assistant professor 或full-time instructor， 是同一个专业。
还有，如果换了个新学校，是不是他们需要帮我办H1的transfer?
