EB2绿卡排期倒退到07年8月15号，具体是指什么？

指的是485递交日期，

-Yes, it mean only if is your PD before that date, you can file I-485 or your pending I-485 can be approved.

还是指priorty date？

我们家的情况是这样的：

priorty date是2006年7月7日。递交485是2007年7月1日（在NSC），当年9月转到TSC。

排期倒退对我们有影响吗？

-No.
