For judging other's work, you need to be invited and reviewed others. Simialr here if you were invited but did not present, it has less weight.if this is the only invited presentation, I would not put it in the recommendation letter.

The normal scientific organizations do not count. One example of recognized one is NAS, as used by uscis.
