请问论坛高人们，绿卡漏税入狱，期满后面临deportation，有何种途径避免deportation？

朋友本人绿卡，配偶子女均美国公民。绿卡者因漏税入狱，出狱时面临possible deportation，有没有什么办法可以避免deportation？请诸位高人指教。最好能提供有关法律依据。谢谢。
