Thanks for the quick responde.She is Chinese citizen. Is the TD visa can work & study in US?

-She can not work with TD status, but can study.

 What kind of document does she need for applying the TD visa?

-Her passport and your TN status proof such as your TN approval notice and yoru recent 3 month paycheck stubs and any other documents for general non-immigration visa application (check the US Consulate website or DS-160 Instructions)..

Shanghai consulate will do that kind of visa?

-Yes.
