急问，I-765填表的第16项是否是: CC9

16. Go to Part 2 of the Instructions, Eligibility Categories. In the space below,
place the letter and number of the category you selected from the instructions
(For example, (a)(8), (c)(l7)(iii), etc.).

 

我的律师坚持填：CC9

可是我查了instruction上面没有CC9，只有C9（Ajustment Applicant）, 我提出修改可是律师说不用，她说已经用CC9用了10年了都没有问题，请问各位老师填写CC9有没有问题啊，多谢
