我4月10日看到移民局网上状态是卡寄出来了，昨天下午收到邮件说要再打指纹，不知道移民局在搞什么？我们去年春天打的指纹，说再三四周寄收据，是什么收据？
还要多久去再打指纹？然后多久能发卡？
国内爷爷病重，想带女儿回国，没收到卡，是不是只能带女儿去领事馆办旅行证，才能回国？
