大意就是你反正有一份没被revoke的I-140, 在你的PD current前，你都可以3年3年地renew h1b, 不管employer 是谁。PD current了，你可以回原公司工作，继续递485，办绿卡。

请问老师，这律师哥们说得对吗？

-Yes, the lawyer is right. As long as that approved I-140 is not withdrawn, you can use it to extend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit no matter who you work for.
