各位老师,我这儿有三个关于移民签证的问题。

（1）人在中国，如果已经参加了电子处理（electronic processing)，应该填DS230表还是DS260表？

（2）关于军队记录怎么样获得？我看travel.state.gov网上说，在中国millitary records are not available.这是不是说就没必要用了？

-Did you join the Chinese Army? I don't know why you need this record for immigration to US. Anyway, if you can not get the record, may just say  it is not available.

（3）civil documents要求petitioner的结婚证原件或公证书。如果参加电子处理，可以将原件扫描，但是去签证的时候需要带原件吗？
