1. 在中国驻欧洲大使馆出证明老婆父亲曾用名＝现用名，然后叫公证处用现用名出公证。（缺点：不一定能拿到曾用名证明，花时间也长）

2. 拿来村委会证明自己在美国公证（缺点：移民局可能不认）

-Any Chinese-born immigration lawyer should be fine.

Another choice is to find another 公证处 in China to notarize it. Some 公证处 in China may not care about it.询问过其他公证处，但是他们好像没有异地管辖权

4. 让当地政府出证明说出生证UNAVAILABLE，原因就说是超生未报户籍再加上年幼就移民出国。（缺点，有没有成功案例？）
