-YOu need to ask the HR Director of your current employer to give you the employment verfication letter (EVL) indicating your job start date, job title, duties, salary, and it is full-time and permanent position (or say this position is full-time postion and has no definite term and thus, Mr. XXX (your name) has the expectation to be employed continually).
That is all. As long as you work in the same/similar field as that of the old job, your I-485 will be fine no matter what the new job title is.
