请教老师，我是H１B，但是本月底被LAYOFF，现在想邀请配偶六月份来美短期团聚，能申请B１／B２签证吗？谢谢

-Yes, but they had better apply for the B2 visa in this month or early May in case USCIS realize your unemployment (you can provide a copy of your H1 approval notice and the recent 3 month paycheck stubs to prove your legal status).
