我lp现在的老板没有funding了，支持我lp到2月9日，然后给3个月的personal leave来找工作，现在情况是我在另外一个城市的大公司上班了，现在是opt，我lp也过来了，刚刚找到了一个full time的h1b的工作，和现在的工作以及niw的领域完完全全一致，正式的offer会在下周出来，但是，因为我lp现在在休personal leave没有paycheck，所以，不能办理h1b的transfer，只能办理新的h1b，都是non-profit的h1b,
