请问8老师和皮匠老师,dependent的EAD卡已经被USCIS批准,已有SSN,在卡寄到前,可以工作吗?

公司的律师非常ｃｏｎｓｅｒｖａｔｉｖｅ，说要拿到卡才可以,是这样吗？

On April 6, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283
