我在东海岸学校做part-time，一周7小时。我在西海岸做full-time，一周40小时。

上移坛问过三次可不可以同时做工拿两边的钱，都说是合法的。

-Yes, it is true. The problem is that how can you for two employers at the same time for such long distance bewteen the two employers? Can you justify it? If one of your employer indicate your working stie is remote location (e.g. at home) in the LCA and I-129, then you will be fine. Otherwise, you and your employer may have trouble.

但这现在移民局官员指定要来这么大的学校专门来见我一个人，我就总觉着我可能是什么地方做错了吧？！恳请高手们指点！我有没有做错什么啊？!

-THis is very normal and it is USCIS onsite H1 inspection. H1 onsite inspection is related to whether you and your employer comply to the H1 rule such as you work in the correct working site, salary > = prevail wage, correct working hour/week (e.g. full-time: 35 - 40 hours/week), whether your employer paid the H1 filing fee and lawyer fee, etc. 

我明天该怎么见移民局官员？
